Our Twin Oaks MHP is currently only open to new residents who fit in an income bracket that is 60% of Benton County Area Medium Income (AMI). We have very few spaces open from time to time. Some are set aside for manufactured homes and some are RV spaces.

RV requirements: 

RV’s coming into the park have these requirements:

1. All plumbing must work correctly.  (Toilets and sinks as well)
2. If motor-home, must run and operate on own power so it can come and go as needed.
3. Must not look unsightly and be in decent condition
4. $250 deposit

The process for applying has extra requirements and paperwork because of our affordable income requirements.    

Here is the process:

1. Check our community board  “if spot is available”.
2. Contact us at info@sparrowhousing.org letting us know you are interested in applying for a space.  
3. Contact Resident Services for a preliminary financial assessment (to prove 60% AMI)
4. Contact Centurion Management – Corvallis (www.c-rem.com) to fill out an application
5. Contact Resident Services for full financial paperwork completion
