Sparrow Housing provides Resident Services to people living in our park.  Resident Services is a staff member who is on-site weekly to assess needs and connect people with services and resources in the community as needed. 

Resident services will work to connect you with programs for employment, education, income/asset building, child and youth development, spiritual development and anything else that will help strengthen your personal growth.

In addition, Resident Services will be working on ways to encourage and strengthen community as a whole within the park.

Strengths/uniqueness/nitch:

We at SH have taken a different approach than most resident services programs.   Our resident service is onsite and aims to know and serve each resident personally.  The resident service manager connects residents with resources and services that facilitate maintaining home ownership.  Maintaining relationships allows us to better meet the needs and challenges of residents.   Building a strong community creates a healthy environment to live and grow.
